Energy is ever-present in our homes, throughout our personal and sacred spaces. There is not a room that is left untouched by energy. It is in all inanimate objects, materials and items we place throughout our homes which make it comfortable, unique and special to our individual liking and preferences, safety and security. Even your pets and plants have their unique energy print too!

Every loved one brings their own personal vibrational energy which contributes to the overall vibe of the home. Combine all their interactions, thoughts, emotions, feelings, expressions, exchanges – verbal, written (email / texts), non-verbal – the kind of music, games, videos, movies, programs, podcasts, and news that each uses, even the kind of food that is consumed, as well as the recreational substances that someone may engage in or which transpires within the home, it sure adds up! 

All the love, sorrows, chaos, joys, frustrations, arguments, laughter, tension, agitation, etc. is one big recipe of what the overall vibe is with the home.  And the energy just doesn’t stay there; it’s vibing out to the universe and it is being carried back and forth with you in all that you do. 

All the positive, uplifting energy we each experience is obviously very beneficial, but, what about all that lower vibrational energy? What happens with that?

Just like the floors, windows, laundry, dishes, etc, the energy within our personal spaces need attention and upkeep too! If it’s not cleared out, the lower energies become more dense, heavier and stagnant. Unkept and ignored lower vibrational energy can even attract non-physical energies. This can affect one’s emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, and even potentially physical wellness. Any and all of it can contribute to upset and discord within the home, the relationships and family dynamics.
